After many years as a lawyer and specialist lawyer in intellectual property law, in March 2021 I was appointed Notary with the official seat in Seligenstadt appointed. At the same time, I took over the law and notary firm „Lehnert & Amerschläger“. Since then, I have continued the official duties of my predecessor, former notary Wolfgang Amerschläger.
In April 2024, the President of the Regional Court of Darmstadt appointed me to continue the official duties of the retired notary Manfred Bauer (formerly „Dr. Hopf & Colleagues“) are transferred.
In July 2024, I then moved my law firm to the old town of Seligenstadt. In a friendly and modern office atmosphere, my team and I welcome you to the newly renovated premises in the Inner courtyard of the Glaabsbräu with the office's own parking spaces.
As a lawyer and notary public, my focus is almost exclusively on notarial matters in order to provide you with appropriate advice and legal support for all notarial tasks.

Legislation requires notarization or certification for a large number of legal transactions. Notaries ensure that these requirements are met by providing competent, independent and impartial advice, among other things.

In matters of inheritance law significance, both before and after the inheritance, we support you in the drafting of wills and inheritance contracts, company and asset succession, as well as the procurement of proof of inheritance and the division of the estate.

Precaution is better than aftercare - We take care of individual precautionary arrangements in the event of illness, accident or old age for entrepreneurs and private individuals, in particular general and precautionary powers of attorney as well as living wills.
We certify copies of original documents as well as the authenticity of signatures. If necessary, we can also take care of apostilles and legalizations if documents are to be used abroad.

Costs
Notary fees are set by law. They are therefore particularly transparent and the same throughout Germany.
