- Notary clerk,
- Legal and notary assistant
- Notary specialist (m/f/d)
full-time (38.5 hours/week) or part-time (at least 20 hours/week).
Your tasks
Creation, preparation and processing of deeds from all areas of notarial activity (varied and without restriction to sub-areas)
Correspondence with parties to deeds, authorities and courts
Preparation of cost invoices in accordance with the GNotKG
Management of the register of deeds (formerly the register of deeds) and notary escrow accounts
At best, you will bring
Successfully completed vocational training as a notary clerk or notary specialist
Experience in the preparation and processing of notarial transactions
Good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
Knowledge of TriNotar
Ability to work in a team, initiative and a sense of responsibility
Open to new ideas
Enjoy dealing with people
